- আমরা নিম্নলিখিত কারণে অর্ডার বাতিল করতে পারি:

- স্টক না থাকা
- সন্দেহজনক কার্যকলাপ
৪. মূল্য ও অফার
- মূল্য বাংলাদেশি টাকায় (BDT) উল্লেখ করা হয়।
- অফার যেকোনো সময় পরিবর্তন হতে পারে।
- ডেলিভারি চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।
৫. অ্যাফিলিয়েট ডিসক্লেইমার
- কিছু পণ্য থার্ড-পার্টি ওয়েবসাইটে রিডাইরেক্ট করে।
- এসব ক্রয়ে আমরা কমিশন পেতে পারি।
- আমরা দায়ী নই:
- থার্ড-পার্টি পণ্যের মান
- ডেলিভারি বা রিটার্ন
৬. ডেলিভারি
- ডেলিভারি সময় আনুমানিক।
- বাহ্যিক কারণে বিলম্ব হতে পারে।
- সঠিক ঠিকানা প্রদান করা গ্রাহকের দায়িত্ব।
৭. রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড
- রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড আমাদের নির্ধারিত নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী হবে।
- পণ্য ব্যবহারবিহীন ও অরিজিনাল অবস্থায় থাকতে হবে।
- অ্যাফিলিয়েট পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে সংশ্লিষ্ট ওয়েবসাইটের নীতি প্রযোজ্য।
৮. ব্যবহারকারীর দায়িত্ব
আপনি পারবেন না:
- ভুল তথ্য প্রদান করতে
- ওয়েবসাইটের অপব্যবহার করতে
- হ্যাকিং বা অননুমোদিত প্রবেশের চেষ্টা করতে
৯. মেধাস্বত্ব
- সকল কনটেন্ট ইনভেনসেফ রিটেইলের মালিকানাধীন।

১০. দায়বদ্ধতার সীমাবদ্ধতা

১১. থার্ড–পার্টি লিংক
- অন্যান্য ওয়েবসাইটের লিংক থাকতে পারে।
